Maintenance Engineer

Futures is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and machinery.
- Conduct thorough analysis of faults to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a robust preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Provide maintenance support across all manufacturing shifts as required.
- HNC/HND or full apprenticeship in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills and 16th/17th edition training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
