Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

La Credenza is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain quality standards for audits.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimize space utilization, and ensure the proper functioning of warehouse equipment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems, familiarity with warehousing practices and methods, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Language: English and/or Italian speaking, with a valid driver's license.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
