About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our client's team, a leading provider of software solutions to the e-commerce sector. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining the Azure hosted environments, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless deployments and platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement platform improvements to enhance scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and resolve issues within the Azure environment
  • Develop and maintain new platform creations, leveraging Azure tools and technologies
  • Guide the development team on decisions and issues related to the Azure environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Azure, SQL, Continuous Deployments, Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (1 day on-site per week)
