Store Manager NEW STORE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our new store at Rotherham Parkgate.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a fun and welcoming store environment, and driving sales growth.
As a Store Manager at Pavers Shoes, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, driving store performance, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store performance through effective commercial decision-making and collaboration with area managers and head office teams.
- Lead the team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice on products, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
- Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for store performance and team development.
- Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example.
