Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our dynamic team at Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for building, wiring, testing, and commissioning electric and pneumatic control panels, as well as assembling mechanical equipment and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical and Pneumatic Control Panels: Assemble, wire, and test electric and pneumatic control panels.
  • Mechanical Assembly: Assemble mechanical equipment, such as conveyors and robotic end-of-arm tooling.
  • Pneumatic System Installation: Install and commission pneumatic systems.
  • PLC and Micro-controller Programming: Program PLCs and micro-controllers for control panel assembly.
  • Control Panel Assembly: Assemble and build control panels, including wiring and testing.
  • Mechanical Fitting and Assembly: Perform mechanical fitting and assembly tasks, including reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Requirements:
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding electrical and pneumatic drawings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
