Your Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content across various formats that enhances the buyer's journey, from initial awareness to conversion. This includes blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, social media content, and targeted email campaigns.
- Utilize compelling narratives to illustrate the significant impact SER Group has on the daily lives of users, emphasizing our commitment to putting people first.
- Strategically plan, manage, and implement a results-oriented content pipeline in collaboration with the Content team and the Head of Content & Communications.
- Edit and refine English texts produced by colleagues or generated through translation tools, ensuring clarity and coherence.
- Enhance content for search engine optimization and lead generation, guided by SEO and Demand Generation specialists.
- Work closely with the Marketing team, external designers, and localization experts to ensure effective content utilization.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics with the Content team, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.
Your Profile
- Exceptional Writer: You possess 3-5 years of experience as a content writer, demonstrating a strong ability to create persuasive and impactful copy that captivates and retains audience interest.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Analytical Thinker: Your analytical skills enable you to connect the dots between technology, business, and customer needs.
- Skilled Storyteller: You can simplify complex products and concepts into engaging narratives that resonate with the audience.
- SEO Knowledgeable: You have a solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in writing.
- Inquisitive: You are eager to learn about our products, market dynamics, and customer insights.
- Innovative: You enjoy experimenting with new technologies, particularly AI, for marketing purposes and are interested in exploring novel content formats.
- Customer-Focused: You strive to understand customer pain points and translate them into relatable narratives.
- Collaborative: You communicate proactively and foster teamwork, even in distributed settings.
- Qualified: You hold a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Native Speaker: You are a native English speaker.
- Bonus: Familiarity with document management and enterprise content management software is a plus.
