Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Kent. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will work closely with our established estate agency business, providing expert mortgage advice to clients and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Adviser, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert mortgage advice to clients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Working closely with our estate agency team to generate leads and appointments.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CEMAP or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 12 months of experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking.
  • Experience of working within the estate agency sector is desirable, but not essential.
  • A demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is essential.
