Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional offices and work closely with Sales, Development, and Technical teams to ensure seamless plot conveyancing processes.
  • Manage high-volume caseloads and maintain comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes, including plot sales, part exchanges, and resales.
  • Investigate title for freehold and leasehold properties, make preliminary and further inquiries, and prepare reports on title.
  • Conduct purchaser due diligence and address Anti-Money Laundering issues, including the source of funds.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home ownership schemes (e.g., Help to Buy, Homereach) and sales incentive schemes (e.g., Mortgage Holiday, Deposit Top Up).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the residential property environment and extensive experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
  • Experience handling high-volume caseloads and comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
