About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Brightwork Ltd as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our premium whisky products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect whisky to suit their tastes and preferences
- Provide detailed information about our whisky products, including their history, production methods, and flavor profiles
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, including our latest releases and limited editions
