Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 2 Driver to join our team at People Solutions. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of goods from Swindon to closed stores, where you will need to disable the store alarms, deliver the cages, and reset the alarms before leaving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport goods safely and efficiently from Swindon to closed stores
  • Liaise with the transport team to ensure timely delivery
  • Complete daily vehicle checks
  • Manual handling may be involved in this role as you will need to offload cages

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence class 2 (category C), tacho card, and CPC card
  • At least 1 year of recent class 2 experience
  • Good time keeping
  • A professional appearance and attitude, and confident when dealing with people
  • The ability to work equally well as part of a team and on your own initiative

Desirable Skills

  • Night driving experience previously will be an advantage
