We are a leading technical consultancy with a reputation built on over 30 years of successful projects in the UK and Ireland.

Our purpose is to facilitate the investment and delivery of energy infrastructure projects that positively influence the road to net zero.

We support some of the most innovative energy projects across the UK and Ireland, providing design, intellectual, and engineering services to developers, investors, and owner-operators.

We are now looking to further extend our technical team by recruiting an experienced electrical engineer, to be based from our Stockport office, with UK and limited EU travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • A good degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge, post qualification, of industrial electrical infrastructure, including:
  • Electrical design and commissioning experience gained in an industrial, utility, manufacturing, or consultancy environment.
  • Full cycle project management experience.
  • Experience with HV, MV, and LV systems, embedded generation, protection circuits, grid connections, HV and LV switchgear, substations, and coordinating with UK DNOs.
  • Prior experience with the use of electrical engineering software.
  • An excellent understanding of health, safety, and welfare within engineering.
  • Witnessing of both site and factory acceptance testing.
  • The provision of site-based construction monitoring.
  • Able to work as part of a wider electrical engineering team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel in the UK and occasionally EU/Ireland.
  • Full driving licence.
