As a Senior Design Engineer at Nano-Purification Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving product innovation and development. You will be responsible for guiding new products through the entire design process, from initial concept to full-scale production. Additionally, you will lead and implement product and process improvement initiatives across the existing product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product design strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant product approvals and standards.
- Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and development partners as needed.
- Maintain adherence to internal quality management systems.
- Participate in the management of product development projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product/Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a design or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding and application of design strategy.
- Proactive approach to managing and driving product development projects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic development environment.
- Solid understanding of material selection, production, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks, with strong knowledge of engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
