We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Senior Site Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering timber frame units in Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Supervise and motivate a team of sub-contractors, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
- Proven experience in timber frame construction and site management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
