  • Technical Leadership: Report any deviations from technology standards and contribute to the development of the SRE service catalogue.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Tool Development: Create tools for tracking and visualizing key performance metrics.
Key Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in administering both Linux and Windows Server systems.
  • Cloud Computing: Skilled in leveraging AWS cloud services.
  • Containerization: Experienced in containerization, particularly with Docker.
  • Scripting: Competent in scripting, with Python as a preference but also familiar with Bash, Go, or Rust.
  • Java Development: Knowledgeable in Java development.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Experienced with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible and CloudFormation.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Familiar with CI/CD pipeline tools, such as Jenkins and Concourse.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and close collaboration with development teams.
  • Architecture Best Practices: Well-versed in architecture best practices and design patterns.
