We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility-related issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large and highly profitable company
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, with a focus on maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000
  • A 7% matched pension scheme
  • 28 days' holiday per year
  • A Monday-to-Friday working schedule, with core hours of 7:30am – 16:30pm
