Job Summary:
VANRATH is seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for a varied workload, including financial processing, accounts administration, and supporting the Financial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and handling invoice queries
- Manage accounts receivable, invoicing clients, and assisting with expense and mileage claims
- Manage aged debt to a minimum and perform general accounts administration
Requirements:
- 12 months experience working in a similar role
- Comfortable with financial processing and strong communication skills
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work on own initiative
