**Job Title:** Staff Nurse

**Job Type:** Full-time/Part-time

**Location:** Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent standards of care.

• Manage a group of patients and take charge of the ward/department as needed.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support and supervise junior staff members.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
• Liaise with clinical specialists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Active UK NMC registration.
• Desirable: Degree in adult nursing.
