Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Graduate Trainee to join our team at AWD online. As a Sales Graduate Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the UK Window Solutions division, providing business support and contributing to the division's digital growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business support to the UK Window Solutions division, including new product developments, existing customer business development, new customer acquisition, and sales controlling topics.
  • Support the division with its digital growth strategy, working closely with international colleagues and undertaking international placements at company locations globally for 4-6 months.
  • Undertake a wide range of training courses, developing skills and knowledge in sales, business development, and project management.

Requirements

  • Graduated/graduating with a bachelor's degree, with a 2:1 minimum, from a reputable business school during or after 2021.
  • Possess 3 months work experience, in direct employment or an internship, experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Possess experience of working internationally either through studying abroad or, work experience (desired).
  • Level B2/C1 standard in English (essential).
  • Proficiency in a second language is preferred, however, GCSE / A Level qualifications in another language will be considered.
  • The position requires international travel and therefore openness to mobile working is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, strong team player who acts with a customer-first mentality.
  • IT literate in the following Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with navigating BI warehouses and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred, however, training will be provided.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to work well in a multicultural team.
  • Confident communicator who can articulate themselves well to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Prioritisation and organisation skills.
