About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our finance team at The Foschini Group / TFG London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our cash flow and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Post daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries for 30 multi-currency bank accounts across various subsidiaries, including debit and credit cards, cash receipts, suppliers, and non-suppliers' payments, bank loans, and interest payments.
  • Cash Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Cash Control: Reconcile cash control accounts for stores and web stores, including different payment types and currencies (Barclaycard, AMEX, Cash, PayPal), and investigate any discrepancies.
About You

To be successful as a Treasury Analyst, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Financial Expertise: Excellent Excel skills, including V Lookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Financial Experience: Experience of posting journals, month-end, multi-currencies, and control accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Confident navigating multiple banking platforms.
