Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the breakfast area is tidy and food is replenished at all times.
- Serve drinks and take food orders through the POS system.
- Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly, maintaining temperature and appearance.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy, adhering to our procedure manual.
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
- Perform any other reasonable requests as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Be a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have great communication and customer relationship skills.
- Be able to connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
