Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Konecranes. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our customers' lifting equipment, ensuring their safety and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and consult with customers on repair and safety related issues
  • Complete accurate documentation through your mobile device
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent in electrical engineering disciplines
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining/repairing cranes or industrial equipment
  • Health & Safety awareness and ability to work at heights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers
