Role Responsibilities:

As a Field Maintenance Engineer at Tunstall, you will be expected to showcase outstanding customer relations and interpersonal skills, as you will interact with a diverse range of clients, including vulnerable and elderly individuals, while servicing equipment in their homes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To thrive in this role, you should possess proven experience as a Field Engineer, utilizing your electrical and electronic expertise to maintain and test various products, including Emergency Lights, Fire Bells, and Fire Systems.

Experience in a field-based role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in testing Fire Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined spaces.
  • Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations.
