Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hollybank in Inverurie. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting 4 ladies with autism and learning disabilities to live as independently as possible in their shared house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ladies with daily activities, such as going to the movies, swimming, dance school, and social events
  • Assist with medication administration, cooking, and home maintenance
  • Provide social support and help achieve personal goals
  • Manage the finances of the people we support
Requirements:
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion
  • A strong work ethic and reliability

  • A problem-solving approach and resilience
