Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and mission-minded priest to lead our congregations in spiritual growth and numerical expansion. As a rector, you will be responsible for building on the strong foundations established by our current leadership and guiding our community towards a new season of spiritual and numerical growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our congregations in traditional and contemporary worship styles, creating an environment where people can encounter God.
- Develop and implement strategies to help people travel on the journey to faith in Christ, from sympathetic observers to integrated disciples.
- Discern, develop, and deploy the gifts of God's people, providing encouragement and oversight to our community.
- Collaborate with our community to make new disciples of Christ and deepen the faith of current members.
About Our Community
Our parishes are located in a suburban community and a distinct village in Nottinghamshire, serving a combined population of around 12,500 people. We offer a unique opportunity to lead two churches that long to see even more children and young people grow in faith.
