Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deli Team Lead to join our team at The Bamford Collection. As a Deli Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of foodies, ensuring the highest quality service is maintained and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Motivate a Small Team
    • Use your people skills to lead and motivate a small team of food service professionals.
  • Drive Retail Product Knowledge
    • Enthusiastically showcase your knowledge of our menu and produce to customers.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
    • Ensure every customer receives warm, efficient, and attentive service.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks throughout the shift.
    • Lead opening and closing procedures of the store when required.
    • Assist store management to ensure the store operates within all audit requirements.
    • Supervise consumables and stock levels, placing orders for at least one area.
