Service Care Solutions is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the Specialised Transport division.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating transport services for students with special needs and disabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that transport arrangements are efficiently managed for approximately 1700 students requiring additional support.
Key Duties:
- Manage and prioritise your own workload effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Exhibit strong administrative skills and competencies.
- Utilise IT systems proficiently, including data entry, with a solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential), and familiarity with bespoke IT systems (desirable).
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a fast-paced front-line service environment.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Proficient administrative skills.
- IT skills with experience in data inputting, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential), and knowledge of bespoke IT systems (desirable).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive rate of £14.24 per hour.
Additional Information
This is a full-time opportunity with two positions available. The role will initially require attendance for training, with the potential for remote work arrangements thereafter, subject to mutual agreement.
