Speech Therapist

SensesWA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in a community-focused role. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with infants, children, and adults with various disability diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders and clients with vision and hearing impairments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver community-based interventions in homes, schools, and other community settings
- Work with a general caseload of paediatric and adult clients, with the flexibility to tailor caseloads based on individual interests and expertise
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy services
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Industry competitive salary range of $95,000 – $107,800 base salary + 11.5% annual leave loading
- 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (pro-rata)
- 5 professional development days (pro-rata) + $500 PD budget per annum
- Option to purchase leave for better work-life balance
- Flexible work conditions, including working from home or from any SensesWA hub
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and approved by Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist
- Current drivers licence, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Workers screen, and First Aid certification
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
