About the Role

EVO is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site swap out services to our customers, ensuring adherence to contract commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site swap out services, ensuring adherence to customer contract commitments.
  • Provide a professional approach to all EVO customers and adhere to all onsite and local escalation procedures.
  • Collect all necessary parts for installations from the nearest courier drop/depot.
  • Maintain and regularly audit van stock.
  • Ensure all parts are handled and processed according to company procedures.
  • Carry out project support and installation work as required by the business.
  • Utilize the Company call management system correctly.
  • Complete all paperwork to customer requirements.
  • Follow all documentation and procedures to fulfill the role at all times.
  • Support colleagues at Head Office and in the field, ensuring quality criteria is maintained.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety processes and procedures necessary to the role.
  • Maintain company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition.
  • Attend Head Office periodically for meetings and training as requested.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult people and situations.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Windows and confident with IT systems and software packages.
  • Field service experience and customer service experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • IT product repair experience.
