Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Charlton Athletic. As a key member of our matchday food operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to be served in our matchday kiosks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Take ownership of food delivery and presentation, ensuring that our company standards are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement menu plans for future events, working closely with our culinary team.
  • Manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in our kiosks, including close-down procedures.
  • Support the close-down of public kiosks, ensuring that all equipment is clean and presented ready for the next service.

Requirements

  • High standard of personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of health and hygiene protocols and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours and ability to work as part of a team.
