Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Hydrogen Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products in our ISO 8 cleanroom facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prototype and Product Manufacturing: Assist in the production of prototypes, pre-clinical, and clinical trial products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform tests on existing and new products, maintain quality records, and follow our documented quality management system.
  • Equipment Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate and clean facility equipment, and support environmental monitoring of the cleanroom.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continual improvement activities, such as process optimization, risk management, and waste reduction.

Requirements:

  • Hands-On and Enthusiastic: A proactive and eager approach to learning and taking on new challenges.
  • Team Player with Initiative: Ability to work independently while also being a disciplined and proactive team member.
  • Full-Time Onsite Commitment: Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week, with occasional morning weekend work as required.
  • Graduate Qualification: A degree in a relevant field is ideal but not necessary.
