About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ancaster Mews in Greylees Sleaford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Teach new life skills and encourage independence
  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
