We are seeking a passionate and proactive consultant to join our welcoming team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise across various domains while rotating between our facilities.
At Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, we are continuously looking to expand our workforce with skilled individuals like yourself.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will engage in a four-month rotation in each department, which includes responsibilities in medication management where you will perform medication reconciliations and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will gain experience in our inpatient and outpatient pharmacy, focusing on dispensing and advising patients.
Candidates must possess a BTEC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services and must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Holding an Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification and/or participation in the Medicines Optimisation Programme (MOP) would be advantageous.
The role requires participation in weekend shifts (7 days), public holidays, and late duty schedules.
There are three rotational positions available, allowing the candidate to work across both facilities.

Essential Criteria
BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in Hospital Pharmacy Services Registered with the General Pharmaceutical CouncilDesirable Criteria

Applicant Requirements
You must hold appropriate UK professional registration.
