Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare month-end financial reports
- Oversee VAT returns and ensure compliance
- Lead the sales and purchase ledger functions
- Develop and implement effective credit control procedures
- Manage petty cash and expenses
- Coordinate banking activities
- Administer payroll
- Liaise with external accountants, bank managers, and other external parties
- Provide administrative support for HR functions
This role is critical to the success of the business and will play a key role in all financial matters. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Financial Operations Manager in a small to medium-sized enterprise environment and be proficient in Sage.
