This payroll position is within a dynamic manufacturing and distribution company, Trostan Dene, in a UK location. They are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join their growing team. The company has a vibrant and well-established team and is seeking someone with like-minded values who will have a positive impact within a high-performing culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for the monthly and weekly end-to-end payroll for a large number of staff across several UK sites. You will ensure the clocking-in system is correct and up-to-date, calculate appropriate payroll calculations such as annual leave, sickness, maternity, and loan payments. You will also assist with expense claims for mileage and other expenses, along with assisting the Payroll Manager with other duties as and when necessary.
This will be a fast-paced role within a high-volume payroll and finance team, so it is essential that the payroll administrator has a good attention to detail to be able to spot errors and be able to work to payment deadlines.
This position will suit a candidate who has had some payroll exposure previously and has some understanding of general payroll calculations. The company's main goal is to ensure the new Payroll Administrator will fit in well within the team and shares the same values as them.
The salary is up to £32k depending on experience. You will receive enhanced benefits with a working pattern allowing for a very good work-life balance.
