Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Support Specialist to assist in delivering exceptional food services. This role involves working closely with the Chef Manager to ensure a high standard of catering is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a quality catering experience while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety protocols.
  • Minimize food waste during meal preparation and utilize kitchen equipment appropriately.
  • Report any concerns or issues promptly.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Level 2 food safety certification.
  • Understanding of health & safety procedures, including COSHH regulations.
  • Previous experience in catering with a solid grasp of basic food safety and knife skills.
  • Experience working with elderly individuals is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
