As a Night Shift Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will be working closely with our kitchen team to deliver food and beverage orders to our guests' rooms, ensuring that every detail is attended to and every guest is satisfied.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work well under pressure. If you have a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver only the best results, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering food and beverage orders to guests' rooms
  • Clearing trays and ensuring a clean and tidy environment
  • Setting up breakfast and dining trays
  • Ensuring knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus
  • Upselling guest orders to maximise revenue
  • Assisting the restaurant, bar, and private dining with breakfast set up and service
  • Ensuring all special requests are communicated to the relevant departments
