Participation in a standby rota will be required on a one-in-four basis.
Required Qualifications

A commitment to delivering exceptional service while working collaboratively with customers and suppliers is essential.
Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, is necessary as the role involves utilizing our online systems for management, procurement, and finance.
You should have experience in:
- supervising high-volume, low-turnover projects within the contracting sector
- material and equipment requisition, along with planning and programming activities
- managing a diverse team of direct and subcontractor staff in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the water industry and demonstrated leadership capabilities are also required.
A valid driving license is essential for this role, and a company vehicle will be provided along with necessary tools, PPE, and equipment.

- 25 days of holiday, increasing to 28 with tenure.
- Options to purchase up to ten additional days of holiday and sell up to five each year.
- A healthcare package for reimbursement of healthcare expenses.
- Life assurance coverage of up to eight times your salary.
- Access to a new electric vehicle in exchange for part of your gross salary, subject to conditions.
- Cashback and discounts from over 3,000 retailers.
- One paid volunteering day annually.
- Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements.
- An interactive health and wellbeing platform.
