About the Role

Caledonia Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ocean Export and EU Road Operator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth export of goods to European destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise accurate and complete bill of lading and shipping instructions to meet customer requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of bills of lading before submission to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Amend document errors and discrepancies in a timely manner to prevent delays.
  • Meet deadlines for customs clearance and bill of lading submission.
  • Prepare and complete certificates of origin, ATR, and EUR1 documents as required.
  • Enter VGM data into online portals to facilitate efficient shipping operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising bill of lading and shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency in using systems such as CNS and Destin8 (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and regulations.
