We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Swimming Teacher to join our team at Stepping Stones. As a Newly Qualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years old.
About the Role:
As a Newly Qualified Teacher, you will be part of a comprehensive mentoring and shadowing program, designed to help you build your teaching skills and confidence. You will assist in the safe delivery of swimming lessons, following our established weekly framework, and support the progression and development of each swimmer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive mentoring and shadowing program to develop teaching skills and confidence
- Assist in the safe delivery of swimming lessons, adhering to our established framework
- Support the progression and development of each swimmer through our framework
- Engage in the assessment of swimmers for our awards program, twice per year
- Provide feedback to our office as required
