Experienced Landscape Architect

We are seeking an experienced landscape architect to join our team at CV Library. As a senior member of our landscape team, you will be responsible for leading projects and client liaison, ensuring project deliverables, deadlines, and resource budgets are met.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team with a 5-year business growth plan. You will work with the landscape team and multi-disciplinary project teams on a variety of projects, some of which will involve liaising with internal colleagues in other environmental disciplines as well as with external environmental specialists and consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects and client liaison, acting as a representative for the company.
- Project Management: ensuring project deliverables, deadlines, and resource budgets are met.
- Technical report writing, advanced use of relevant software.
- Good working knowledge of CAD drawing packages such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD.
- Experience of consulting with statutory consultees, regulators, and other external organisations in the course of project work.
- A balance of creativity and practicality in your approach, combining the ability to develop big ideas with exceptional creative and sound technical execution.
- Prepare project bids and proposals.
- Proficiency with GIS software, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Sketch Up.
We are looking for a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute with demonstrable experience at a senior level (ideally a minimum of 3 years post-chartership experience). You will have a good working knowledge of the planning system, including an understanding of the requirements for planning application packages through to the discharge of planning conditions.
