Your leadership will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and enhancing treatment outcomes, all while fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for our staff.

Our services are tailored to meet individual needs, whether delivered face-to-face, in the community, or online. We provide a free and confidential service to over 100,000 individuals annually, utilizing our expertise to enhance available support and raise awareness about substance use and mental health issues.

Additional Information

If you are a dynamic leader capable of inspiring others to make a meaningful impact for clients through a compassionate and collaborative approach, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

This position offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

  • 28 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays
  • An extra day off for your birthday or a special occasion of your choice
  • 2 days of paid volunteer leave each year
  • Enrollment in We Are With You's pension scheme
  • Access to a Blue Light Card for discounts at various retailers
  • Flexible working arrangements and resources to support your well-being
  • A referral program that rewards you for recommending friends and family to join our team

Commitment to Diversity

We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that values and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences of our staff. We recognize that representing the communities we serve is essential to achieving our mission of improving lives. We welcome unique contributions and encourage applications from individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, including those with lived experiences, disabilities, racialized communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and armed forces veterans.

  • Strong leadership skills are essential for this role, with the ability to work innovatively and confidently while supporting staff in high-performing recovery efforts.
  • Experience in management is desirable but not mandatory; we are willing to provide support and coaching for those new to leadership.
  • A genuine passion for our mission and an engaging approach are the most important qualities we seek.
