We are seeking an experienced Senior 3rd Line Technician to join our Projects team at Trusted Technology Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Consult directly with internal and external stakeholders to scope technical solutions
- Design, plan, and document technical solutions
- Plan and document technical work packages
- Implement technical solutions
- Assist in the transitions of solutions into live service
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Takes ownership and responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft System Center products, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/Office365, and InTune
- Experience working with networking technologies is desirable but not essential
- Recognised current Microsoft qualification/exam pass combined with evidence of continued professional development
- Experience working within a busy office environment
- A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Close focus on attention to detail
