About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the customer experience and driving sales growth in our convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer experience and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to minimize losses and maximize sales
  • Collaborate with the store manager and other departments to achieve business objectives
