Job Title: Digital Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Digital Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our R&M team, you will play a critical role in influencing the design and future sustainment of platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis and engineering tasks to ensure the inherent supportability of platforms and systems.
  • Maintain awareness of latest changes and developments in standards, international specifications, toolsets, and recognised methods.
  • Contribute to broader technical reviews, integration activities, and planning events.
  • Provide technical R, M & T engineering guidance and advice internally and to external teams.
  • Ensure alignment between reliability and maintainability engineering, safety engineering, and human factors engineering in reliability analysis activities.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the principles of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability.
  • Experience in applying R, M & T engineering tools, techniques, and approaches on complex programmes.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and experience working with digital engineering tools.

Desirable:

  • Ex-maintenance background.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying international and/or military standards and specifications relevant to Reliability engineering.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a major international combat air development programme during the design early lifecycle. You will influence the "design for support" considerations of the core platform concept from a reliability point of view and elicit and develop reliability requirements for the product.
