Job Title: Senior Performance Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for leading GA4 data layer implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, designing schema, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.

Responsibilities:

* Lead GA4 data layer implementation projects independently, including timeline management and stakeholder communication
* Design and implement a robust data architecture that ensures accurate and reliable data collection
* Implement and troubleshoot GA4 tagging using JavaScript, HTML, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SQL
* Mentor and guide teams in GA4 best practices
* Communicate complex GA4 concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven track record of independently leading GA4 data layer implementations
* Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SQL
* Experience in setting up and maintaining data validation processes specific to GA4
* Strong leadership skills with ability to manage projects independently
* Excellent communication skills
