Senior Quality Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead investigations into customer and supplier complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  2. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Provide guidance and training to shop floor staff on quality assurance and cost-saving techniques.
Requirements:
  1. Significant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of production quality control and new product introduction.
  3. Ability to liaise with customers and suppliers to manage expectations.
  4. Structured problem-solving skills, including 8D, 5Y, A3, and PPS.
  5. Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods and continuous improvement techniques.
  6. Internal auditor experience, preferably with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
  7. Proven ability to use quality tools such as PPAP, Control Plans, MSA, and PFMEA.
