We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Eden Futures. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs to lead full and active lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users to stay safe and maintain their welfare, taking appropriate action to protect them from abuse wherever possible.
- Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach, respecting individual choices and needs.
- Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others.
- Competitive hourly rate (£11.44 per hour) with the option to work full or part-time hours, including Bank shifts.
