Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in administering Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of email protocols, email archiving solutions, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business
  2. Manage email protocols, such as SMTP, IMAP, and POP
  3. Implement email archiving solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  4. Integrate Active Directory with messaging systems
  5. Work with VMware, NetApp SAN, and Cohesity backups
Desirable Skills:
  1. Microsoft Teams
  2. Automation of regular BAU processes
