About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cleaning of all rooms to our high standards, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Oversee the maintenance of public areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and presented to the highest standard.
  • Report any maintenance issues to ensure our standards are consistently met.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to create memorable visits for our guests.
  • Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Train new and existing members of the Housekeeping team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
