Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Churchill Contract Services as a Technical Group Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Make Ready Team in completing the Make Ready Process at our site.
  • Manage stores ordering and ensure timely delivery of essential supplies.
  • Oversee the completion of timesheets and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks with all Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) staff on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Meet targets and deadlines, and arrange cover for absences.
  • Interview and train new staff members.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid C1 driving license.
  • Have excellent IT literacy skills.
  • Be able to work closely with the NHS and ambulance trust.
  • Be able to commute to our site or relocate before starting work.
